Often times we keep negative and limiting beliefs within us, we may or may not have realized that those beliefs hold us back in a number of ways.
Beliefs such as I don’t deserve to be successful, I’m not smart enough, I can’t find satisfaction doing what will earn me money, I’m too old to achieve this, I don’t have what it takes to be successful, my illness is not curable, I don’t deserve to be loved, and a number of other beliefs we will our minds with.
We can change those beliefs by:
Identifying and write down the limiting belief
Identify the cause of the limiting belief
Accept that those beliefs are not true in anyway
Decide on a positive belief
Accept that positive belief
Keep affirming that positive belief
Take action
Template for changing limiting belief
I am not smart enough
I am not smart enough, and I have come to accept that I am not smart enough to do anything successful because while growing up as a child I kept hearing this from my teachers. Now I have come to accept that it is not true. I am smart and I accept this new belief, no matter what anyone says, I am indeed smart. I am smart, and from now hence forth, I will walk, talk, and act like a smart person. I am smart and whatever I do from now henceforth will turn out to be successful.
